The service was brilliant, and so was the flank steak and the top sirloin. The sausage was mediocre, and the chicken was dry. The garlic and lemon meat cubes were very good. The buffet was excellent. You needed hot sauce and plantains, though. However, for the price, everything should have been A+ Not just B+

I want to start with the outside premises, it was clean and maintained with ample parking. It was my first visit so I was unsure what to expect. The interior was clean and maintained as well. The decor was fine, old school yet still relevant and on the upscale. The buffet bar was beautiful and looked fresh and yummy. I eat pure carnivore, so I didn't actually try the selections, but my hubby liked all the condiments. He's extremely low carb, so he did try the sides. They did look fresh, hot and appetizing. The meat selection was picanha, tritip, brisket, garlic and pepper sirloin, bacon wrapped turkey, chicken legs, sausage, lamb, chicken hearts. The picanha had a slight off flavor almost a bit chemically. But it wasn't awful. I have no idea why that occurs, but it happened a couple times at FDC as well. The brisket was a tad dry, but flavorful. Omgoodness, that bacon wrapped turkey was delicious. So for unlimited meats and the broad lunchtime menu I think price is fair. They just need to work on the beef selection to correct the issues mentioned earlier, being a bit dry and the chemical aftertaste. Our service was excellent. Top notch! Miguel Angel was sooo professional. I can't recommend him enough. The gauchos were excellent as well, timing was always perfect. They served most meets medium rare. Wonderful first visit. When the other issues get resolved it will be amazing.

We truly enjoyed ourselves! My husband and i came for an early dinner and were immediately sat by the window facing the golf course! The interior of the restaurant is deceivingly massive! It's a huge space with a beautiful mural on the main wall! It's very ambient & definitely felt upscale. The service was fantastic! Our serve was happy to explain the process, our waters never went empty, dirty plates cleared quickly & the meat came often! Everything that we got was fresh & juicy! The meat was seasoned perfectly & we had a wonderful variety! The salad bar was fresh & had tons of great options! 10/10 we will definitely be back! I feel like the price was fair, especially for the quality & the amount of meat we were able to eat!
